Sweet lumpy minion, you're the only one that understands. Probably 'cause I haven't sucked the brain out of you yet.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Jesse, that would run it into my first tattoo, so I think maybe up the side of my calf would be better.

Right on.

Actually, I have a practical tattoo question for everyone: I'm wary of getting a tattoo anywhere that would be seen in a job interview, so no lower leg/ankle/foot etc. Am I overly paranoid, you think?

Not overly paranoid, but more conservative than many.

Then again, so am I. Both of my tattoos are easily covered by clothing that is not a burqa.

I figure better safe than sorry, I guess. Once I'm an ED, I'll get my hands and face tattooed.

Nah. A friend of mine got a few of hers back when she thought she was going into theoretical math, which, as you know, is such a hotbed of straightlaced conservatism on a public stage. Or something.

These days, she's a public defender, and all her ink is easily covered in court.

Also, her greatgrandmother probably would have had a heart attack if she ever knew.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Mine is too. I even have some tank tops that cover it.

Nice. We'll look forward to that.

Though now that I sport pink hair, I've had sort of an epiphany. I'm not sure I'm cut out to work at a place that might ding me because of my hair color and NOT want to hire me.

But tattoos are way more permanent than hair dye (mistress of the obvious! ).

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I once had a roomate who had a mowhawk. She got a tatoo of a dragon on part of her skull that was shaved. That way all she had to do to get a job at a conservative place was grow her hair.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm seeing no casualties out of Jamaica, yay! Looks like Haiti got hit pretty bad though. And right after that raid, I'd say it's a bad time to be in Haiti but it always seems like a bad time to be in Haiti these days.

Rescue me: Tommy's ghosts seem to have been replaced by Jesus. For whatever reason.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Jesse, you could always cover it with Dermablend for interviews.
