What's the restrictions on giving? I don't, because I am horribly needle-phobic, to the point of my doc gives me a Valium before a blood test.
I know it used to be not within a year of a tat or piercing, and also not if you lived in Europe within 2 years. Is there anything else?

They changed our payroll deadline due to concerns about the hurricane over the weekend.
And, now we are emptying the trash more frequently because of the bombings in London.
