Damn, it looks like it's an 8 hour drive to a hotel that has rooms available this weekend. Which I would do, but DH wants to be able to come home quickly if Dennis doesn't hit us so he can do crazy things like go to work. Freak.
Oh well, back to CNN.
If I can't find out how to turn my navigation pane in Notes back on, there's not that much work I can do.
All seven of them, right?
And we were grateful for his company!
going to see Batman Begins at the IMAX again tonight.
Heh. Here's a diagram of Google's Master Plan, which includes things like "Orbital Mind Control", "Robots that enforce Terms & Conditions", "Weather Control", "Teleportation" and "A Remake of the Entire Babylon 5 Series (except for season 5, which sucked)"
You can't see it, but there's a "revive Firefly" bubble.
which I may or may not have had something to do with
Okay, that was weird. The Prayer of St. Francis just made me cry. How freaking random.
Good prayer, though. I do wish I could do something.
Also, how freaking unhelpful is the MBTA Website? Not only does it not say anything about heightened security (which actually is fine, I was just checking), it has a note on the main page to say there's bussing on the Green Line because of problems and to see the Transit Updates page for more information -- and then no information about it on the Transit Updates page. Not that you can find anything on that page anyway.

They lied to me on Tuesday about a ferry schedule, too. Boo!
So I'm looking up information about apheresis donation (I can't give blood again until the end of this month, but I apparently can give platelets three days after giving blood!) and come across a link about "double red cell" donation, with the following donor criteria: "For men, a donor must weigh at least 150 pounds and be at least 5'1" tall. For women, a donor must weigh at least 175 pounds and be at least 5'5" tall."
Huh. I'm a little overweight at 160 and 5'6". It's kind of a high threshold, isn't it?
