Timelies. I woke up from a dream where Buffy was fighting Scientologists in Los Angeles Santos. Considering my mental diet of the last few days, I guess that's not surprising.
So...if you've only ever gotten one bad (okay, mediocre) annual review in your entire professional career, and it was from someone that you'd earlier gone to higher management about and asked to not work for anymore, and then a year later, said higher management removes all managerial duties from your reviewer, saying that she's "not ready to supervise other employees" ... do you think you get that one un-good review stricken from your record?

Perhaps not stricken, but at the least they should add a notation that the manager was subsequently deemed unfit to herd sheep, let alone humans. It's only fair since the employment record is like the credit report in the job world. It can make or break ya....
