Well, other bands know more than three chords. Your professional bands can play up to six, sometimes seven, completely different chords.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So how are you guys?

I didn't feel like going out amongst the crowds of people and drinking and watching fireworks.

Subsequently, life is boring.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I've found spray bleach and bathroom cleansers to be quite effective against large bugs. Seems that breathing through the skin thing isn't so advantageous when you're covered in something sticky that burns and dissolves the walls of your body's cells.

I may have bug issues.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I went to the super market to get stuff for our family picnic tomorrow and as I was leaving discovered that the Shoprite parking lot was a fireworks watching hotspot -- complete with picnics. I loaded my stuff into the car, had a killer view of the finale, and drove home.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

That's quite neat. When they had the Australia Day fireworks here, I was still in temporary accommodation, with a view that looked over the city. It proved to be a ringside seat for the fireworks.

The status is NOT quo.

It's nice to see you all. I slept all damned day because of a nasty migraine, so I'm going to be lucky if I fall asleep before very late tonight.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Space.com is down for me too.

There is a webcast from Kitt Peak here: [link]

Poor Kristin. No good view fireworks story AND a migraine.

I'd rub your temples, cutie. Or your shoulders or something.

I'm still figuring out how to get up to your party -- rest assured, I will.

I hope you're feeling better now. I had a restless night last night too, thanks to some abdominal pains.
