I've killed basil, parsley, mint, and rosemary.
In my defense, the basil was killed when I clipped all of its leaves for pesto (the remaining plant, um, went into shock at having so much trimmed at once), and the mint was neglected for well over a month. So now I don't grow anything edible.
Hellboy is on my tv. Yay cranky.
See, me and pink aren't too complimentary. That's what I picture with it, but...me and pink, no.
sarameg, Kat says pearls and fake pashmina in whatever color you would actually wear again, like red or black.
Red would totally work, too.

What about a blue, then? I have a silver gauzy wrap and a blue taffeta wrap that I keep specifically for summer weddings. How soon is the wedding? I could send something over....
Hee. I should tell my mom to bring my grandmother's pearls. What shape are pashimas anyway?
Why does Michael McManus (on very very old eps of the long ago show Forever Knight) seem so familiar? It's bugging me. He seems really really familiar. And kinda hot.
So you'll need a stake or trellis that's three feet tall, and you'll need a bigger pot.
I have a stake/trellis thing that is about three feet tall. I just need to get a bigger pot to the plant in, and then plant it deep. I figure that it might take me a week and the gallon thing and being outside must be nicer for the plant than the itty container it came in and sitting in my kitchen. So long as I get tomatoes out of the deal. Thanks!
Is mint the one that takes over everything?
It can. I tried to get it to grow into shrubs in a few spots and it balked but others have grown profusely. Then again, I like mint. It's pretty and smells good when it grows.
It is growing nicely with some lisanthiums now and not taking over but maybe the lizzy is just aggresive too.

I think this is how I killed my sage. It was just that the butternut squash ravioli were so nummy in a butter sage sauce...

They're long retangular wraps. I've actually found decent pashminas in airport general stores, of all places. Not super-high-quality, but nice and they don't fall apart ever.
Hmmm. I didn't think of blue. That could work too. Must ponder.
Wedding is first weekend in August. I'm actually flying through Mnnpls (and somewhere in Ohio, I think) but there's only enough time to switch planes.
