Lorne: Take care of yourself and ah, make sure fluffy is getting enough love. Gunn: Did he have anything? Fred: No. And who's fluffy? Are you fluffy? Gunn: He called me fluffy? Fred: He said make sure…wait. You don't think he was referring to anything of mine that's fluffy, do you? Because that would just be inappropriate.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, Perkins, that's no good. Are you feeling okay?

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

{{{Perkins}}}

Right now I'm baking chocolate chip pumpkin muffins and bread, in one of my periodic attempts to make my own junk food, because it tastes better than the bought kind and is probably marginally better for me.

Monday I'm going to go watch re-enactors and hopefully play with their muskets a little.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Are you feeling okay?

Mostly. I think it's just a reaction to all of the allergy meds I've been taking lately.

Oddly mesmerizing

Jessica's bubble woman keeps getting stuck on bubbles.

It's kind of nice to see her able to rest.

I forgot to mention one thing.

Alaska Air can totally EAT IT.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Happy Birthday, Frank!

Sorry about the trip, Perkins.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Boo, Alaska!

However, I suppose we shall schedule our joint b-day party for two weeks from now!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I have a question for the Vegas people. If the Bellagio and Mandalay Bay end up being the same price on Travelocity, which one would you choose?

I would vote for Mandalay Bay, for the small aquarium and golden crocodile.

Happy Birthday, Frank!!

***

I have been productive on a Saturday morning, and it's not even 9a here yet. Now I go to shower (in my freshly cleaned bathroom)and meet the day.

No plans for the 4th. Today my sister and her family are coming over, but that's not specifically Indep. Day related. I plan to see some movies this weekend.

Ugh. Sorry about the cancelled plans, Perkins. But, free trip! As far as consolation prizes go, it's a nice one, anyway.
