Now hold on, I'm gonna press the right pedal harder. I expect us to accelerate.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm getting spam about spam. Someone's spamming me to complain about Microsoft spamming me. Oddly, I don't know that MS has, really. SPAMIS, Box 1259, Seattle, WA 98111, on the other hand? Definitely has.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I think it was DX. But I could be wrong, it was a while ago.

It was me, with a lot of help from the peanut gallery, based on another logo that John H. had done. The original discussion is at WX, here: [link]

As far as natter totals go, the single day record is probably September 17, 2002, when we moved here. We posted a huge amount of Natter at WX on our last day there, then stayed up late into the night over here.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

Even further back, we have the Press Gang.
