Also weird, I just got complimented on my cleanliness by the custodian. I used to get that in my last job, too. WTF are people doing in their offices to make them so dirty??

Oh, and in the cover letters I've done so far on this job search (all three of them), I've been including a sentence to the effect that I left my previous job to freelance upon the birth of a child in 2004, and that I'm now seeking a return to full-time work. In a way that feels like oversharing, but it seems like it's best that they know I left of my own free will for a standard reason rather than being fired or laid off. Make sense?

A freind of mine does this. Every single time, I think, "Oh, dear God, C, we're adults. You can say 'fuck'"
Did these people go to college? Minimizing words pp was half of writing papers. But it's generally 1000 words=5 double spaced pages.
