Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Will kiwi fruits be OK in my desk drawer until I get home ~6,?

I can't imagine why not.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Are they claustrophobic kiwi fruits?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I took a cookie. I couldn't not take a cookie -- ita

I'ma try this at the grocery store.

"I took a steak, rice, chicken breasts and 4 cans of soup. I couldn't not take a steak, rice, chicken breasts and 4 cans of soup. -- ita"

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'll open the drawer every so often so they can see the light.

What is even happening?

And that's when I realized I was insane.

Yeah, but you've got it down in an unfairly endearing way.

Hee! Are you going to name your car, Lyra?

HB = hatchback. For some reason, considered a three-door.

The new-to-us car is a '98 Saturn SL1. It's plum. We've named it Moya, and we should be picking it up tomorrow.

We probably could have held out for an SL2 with more stuff, but a: looking for a car when you have a baby is a pain in the ass; b: this came in at about a grand less than I was expecting we'd have to spend; and c: it's plum, and I liked the color.

A and B may be elaborate justifications for C in this case.

Or a five door for four+hb.

What do they do with their milk and meat?

True. I've been in such a Civic-centric world since '97 that I manage to forget that the other type exists.

Heh. We've had three cars since '97, all of them Civics. Any car we have purchased has been a Civic (all previous cars were family cars, for both of us).

This marks a major departure for the Marcontell household.
