being an ex-Sprint call center employee, i have no doubt that this will happen. the email was refreshing though. when i worked there we weren't allowed to deviate from the form letters they provided for us. of course, that was also when the eCare side was just starting up. that place? worst job i've ever had. i have much sympathy for creepy Austin C.

Also happy making for me, at least potentially, is that Nestle now makes premade toll houe cookies with chocolate chips and caramel.

Less so is the fact that it took me 15 fricking minutes to figure out where Safeway was hiding the English muffins.
