ION, I just got a call from my old State Farm agency in Maine, saying that I still have an active renter's policy on the my apartment there, despite the fact that I haven't lived there for over 6 years.

I'm totally recommending Austin C. to all my friends who use Sprint and need customer service.

I'm a little worried about Austin C. They say that a cynical person is someone who was originally an idealist. I hope years of being a customer service rep at Sprint doesn't turn Austin into a broken, bitter man.
