I love the "We're developing coal that when you use it, it turns you into a SUPERMODEL!!" commercial.
Sixteen tons and what do ya get?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

No TV Tuesday is a success, although BF got an overnight writing gig (he freelances writing treatments for ad agencies) so there have been no moonlit strolls or dog-washing or anything of a leisurely nature. He has been writing like a maniac and I have been assisting and/or reading. However, I just finished A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, so I am feeling high on good writing.
Well, yeah, but we're coming back!!
When? My job is so cool that that they're giving me lots of vacation days. I just have to fill in the calander and then do whatever I want to on those days...
I would like nothing better than to spend a week in the company of my good friends and celebrate the month that my birthday is in (July 8, hint hint).

Heh. We were watching and I was wondering aloud, "What is this for? Workout facility, VS's new line? What!?!" Mr. H was all, "Who cares?"
My new favorite is the T-mobile with the heavies threatening a guy tied to a chair. "you don't want to talk? Then we'll talk."
That sounds like fun, Robin.
Thomash and Aimee are ignoring the important question, namely, when is eveyone coming to the bay area.
Also, I may have gotten myself in trouble at work today. Dunno yet.
How, Perkins?
I'm all bad-moody, 'cause I was sick over the weekend and took yesterday off to recover, and then after working my buns off today to catch up, I get in my car to drive home and said car doesn't even make it out of the parking lot. So, I had to get the damn thing towed 33 miles back to the Firestone auto shop near my apartment, not knowing any shops near the office and needing a ride home anyway. $176 in towing costs later, it's waiting at the shop, where I have to be at 7:00 when they open so I can see how bad the engine is (it was making a horrible clicking noise right before it cut out on me in the lot).
Feh. Car has over 100,000 miles on it, but I want it to last until after Christmas at least, so I can save up for a downpayment after I finish paying off the credit cards.
Cereal to add--I didn't see Perkins' work woes post before putting mine up! Didn't mean to unload. New job woes?

If 'Bay Area' is some obscure name for the 'Old Pueblo', then that is an important question.
