Now I'm curious about iced Blue Mountain. Do you just make it and chill it, or is there magic?

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
And we are about to head out to watch the Fremont Solstice Parade with its usual crazy batch of nude cyclists. Funnier still is that one of our friends will be among the cyclists numbers this year.
Hilarity ensues.
Or maybe I should have phrased the above post as -

Will you be taking pictures of the friend in question?
Is this show in need of any tech crew?

Well, the way I make iced coffee (note: random Trader Joe's coffee, not Blue Mountain, though said method could be used with Blue Mountain just as well) is like so: (1) in the evening, brew however much coffee you plan to drink; (2) when coffee is brewed, place carafe (or, if you like, pour coffee into a cup/mug/etc.) in the refrigerator; (3) in the morning -- iced coffee!
It's a beautiful thing.
Biking in the nude just seems...uncomfortable. To say the very least.
Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes. 'Twas quite the lovely day yesterday and the weekend still continues.
I have gorgeous Gerber daisies too.
I'm going horseback riding this afternoon for the first time in two decades. I've got a kitten or two on not being able to walk Sunday.
I want more coffee now. It will have to be decaf if I do because coffee, she hath already been had today. Twice. The slut.

Yeah. There could be pinching issues.
In the summer, I make extra coffee, often extra-strong, add half-&-half and sugar and put it in the fridge. Last thing at night I pour it into a shaker , shake hard and add a straw (bendy or not) and put it in the freezer. In the AM, I take it out and let it sit on the counter while I make morning (hot) coffee, shower, dress, etc. When I'm ready to leave, it's thawed enough I can remove the straw, close the shaker cap and shake vigourously, reinsert the straw and have an iced coffee slushee to take with me.
