You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

It's a robust wine, with a pleasant bouquet and a great afterglow.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Boston? I wouldn't have guesses Boston....

Boston, Boulder lead nation in marijuana use

Students blamed for prevalence of pot in college towns

Wow, really?

There's also a map. Lot of potheads in CA. But also in Western CO. Curse you, Bob Denver, and your Rocky Mountain High!

Which is why Finland rocks.

ita, may you be as pleasently surprised by the bill as I was. They didn't charge me for any of the labor or parts that did not solve the problem. I know that's all scrupulous and stuff, and I do expect it from them, but I know they legitimately put waaaay more hours into figuring it out and yabnking shit than they charged me for. I'm planning on baking cookies for officemate (for giving me rides) and I think I shall drop some off there. Yeah, sure, then have $800 from me already, but... I like being treated well. And they crack me up, pretending to be matchmakers in the office.

No thunderstorm here, but it has really cooled off.

Sink still clogged.

I forgot to swing by lisah's, dangint.

Bob Denver? Oh, wait, Maynard G. Krebs = Beatnik = pot. Gotcha.

But, John Denver works as well.

Oh, um, that's who I meant.

I'm not stoned.

See, tommyrot, I'm trying to make it look like you meant Bob Denver! Just mention "bongos," and then we'll never speak of it again.

There were just 4 little girls outside rapping "Rockin' Robin" or whatever that's called, complete with dance moves. They were 10ish. So cute!

And then they started discussing studying for some test. Also cute in their earnestness.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Damn, my friend's winery is going under. Bay Area Buffistas: if you want a good deal on great wine, I'll be forwarding an announcement for his closing sale in a few weeks.

Damnit. Sucks to not be able to make a living at something you're good at.
