No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

It was a rotten day for the power to go out.

Particularly if the traffic is also disturbed so that you have to walk about 6 extra blocks to get home from the bus. Actually, the walk was kind of nice -- hot, but there were breezes -- but stepping inside was awful.

On the upside, your warning about the Red Line being on the fritz inspired me to go shopping instead of going straight home. I bought a red topless dress and put it right on and walked down into the Fens in the late afternoon and got a frappe. And then got onto the T later, and still had to wait, but they had at least 1/5 of the lightbulbs back on in Central Stn. by then.

Oh, excellent. Yeah, I got a strawberry coolatta and walked a lot and vw and I decided to go out for a steak dinner and froofy drinks. All in all, the power outage may well have made it a really good day, albeit a terribly sweaty one (and of course vw suffered much more than I did).

Not that I'm endorsing power outages, of course.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

If you were walking around topless, I'm suprised you didn't get MORE than a frappe.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That picture is too funny, msbelle.

No comment on the half-naked Nutty. Just not that hot here yet.

Robot friend! And I bet it doesn't care if you're nude.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

DH saw two mice (or rats) in our kitchen last night.

This entire week of work is going to be spend unpacking boxes of heavy tapes.

Have escaped torture by PowerPoint. Have new company T-shirt with cheesy slogan and a plate full of food.

Good that they fed us after, as my rage was pacified by a slice of chocolate chip chocolate cheesecake and Cheetos.

Isn't a topless dress a skirt?

Nutty - Jun 14, 2005 7:45:09 am PDT #1778 of 10001
"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I meant a strapless dress. It only looks topless. On some people. Who are not me.
