The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

... an inchoate strawberry shake all over my kitchen counter, floor, and clothes.

Reminds me of Star Trek's How Much For Just the Planet?

"I could use a stiff drink."

Anyone know of a particularly good episode of TAL? I want to download a couple for listening to at work.

bon bon, I love the Music Lessons one. And I adore the Canadians one. Also, Sibling Rivalry is good for a guffaw.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

OK, also with the assistance of the TAL website, I downloaded MacGyver, Prom, Music Lessons, Kid Logic, The Fix is In, Telephone, Babysitting, Notes on Camp, and Simulated Worlds.

Doc review has never been more precious.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Monday has reasserted its crappitude - I just killed the largest roach I've ever seen outside of nature programs on TV. The damn thing was roughly 3 inches long and drew my attention because the noise it made scrabbling across the ceiling moldings was audible from across my living room. Thank God I had hockey sticks near at hand.

Please, please let its freakish size be an indication that it was sterilized by nuclear radiation.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Matt, I just got the shivers for you. Ugh. Usually those don't travel in packs of more than 2 or 3. What I mean is, it's not a sign of infestation, one just liked the temp/humidity level of your house.

Signed,
Keeps a can of Raid by her at all times during the summer.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

The roach sounds awful, Matt, but yeah for your dad and the really fancy toasters that can cook other foods, or even pretty designs into your toast.

That didn't come out as planned, but what I meant comes across.

So, feeling stupid, but what's TAL?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I was distracted from the plot in The Closer by an almost maddening need to brush Kyra Sedgewick's hair out of her face.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Debet, did you find out how The 4400 ended? Mine cut off too, just as the male agent walks offscreen.
