I have too much stuff waiting for me on my tivo. I think I may be too tired to do the Inside justice right now. What else was good last week/this weekend?
Natter 36: But We Digress...

Too funny. I think they felt it more than we did ours.
When I called my mother back the first time, I told her nothing was damaged, but I Was worried about my alcohol -- she sympathised because she'd lost rum in the last earthquake.
My father was all "5.6, that's not much of a quake" and explaining that the big one might be coming and LA would disappear. I pointed out that Jamaica had already lost most of a city to a quake, so he wasn't that safe ... so perhaps it was my fault. I needed to get a seismic "I told you so" leveraged at my father.
I think it was your fault, ita. You should try sacrificing more goats buttermilk pancakes.
ita, stop causing earthquakes please.
Did anyone see Mr. and Mrs. Smith? Lori, Polgara and I just went and holy mother of god. I think Brad Pitt needs to do a series of comic roles because I love him when he brings in the funny.
And.... there was the bonus appearance of Adam Brody who I had forgotten was running around last summer saying he was working on a movie with Brad Pitt. I just hadn't realized it was THIS movie.
I saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith and I agree. Very funny, many laugh out moments. The pacing was off in parts, and I think the movie coulda been a bit shorter, but all-in-all much better than I expected.
Pitt and Brody together? Comedy gold. Pitt, unlike lots of actors, is even sexier when he does funny. It's nice.
I think it could have been longer, because then there could have been an ending. Or maybe my copy was missing one.
I laughed so hard at Brad. Too freaking funny. I tolerated Angelina -- I'd thought this could push me into her camp, but not really. I'm in Brad's camp quite wholeheartedly, though. And! A krav instructor was in it. Oddly more easy for me to recognise than when he was in Scrubs, despite his speaking role in the latter.
So much sexier when he does funny. I'd totally agree. I think the fact that he is olympianly beautiful + good timing + the funny.......he's really wonderful in comedy. I wonder if his looks get in the way of him doing so more often.
I think most movies could be shorter as I have about a 1 hour attention span and this mostly kept me.
That was krav? The street fighting/face mashing/boxing training stuff? Remind me not to piss you off, ita.
