First instance of reading "mind field" I chalked up to some kind of authourial pun. It kinda fit in the context. No, second instance and it's definitely an "intensive purposes" blunder.

Also, I'd never say this to her face because I don't want her to stop writing, but for awhile now scifigrrl47 has become too infatuated with her OCs and with writing witty banter. Yay her for getting unique and original but these are not the reasons why I started reading her and liked it. And yet these stories exist in 'verses that in invested in. Or was. But now I think I must finally unsubscribe from the tertiary characters and their dry repartee.
The OCs weren't why I signed up either. But I'm quite fond of them now, so I've been enjoying the focus on them. Eh, different folks, different AO3 subscriptions.

To be fair, at a nursery, the narcissus and the daffodil are considered different beasts, albeit siblings.

Does anyone know troll_under_the_bridge? The writing style is Yoda meets inappropriate synonym replacement plus some other undefinable ESL or something. I don't kno what I'm reading half the time but I haven't back buttoned yet.
