Which is nice and gruesome, and does pretty good things with the deaths of each person, but...why Stiles? I can't really be horrified by it because there's no plausible reason given for him to do it, and the idea that it's creepier if I come up with my own reason....nope. I got nothing. It's less twisted if Peter Hale did it all, but...at least he might.
Also, if
a demon possessed Stiles and did this, it's not Stiles, and you need to paint me his pain of seeing the whole thing.
And you didn't. So, again, I feel remarkably untouched. Which feels like a shame.

I thought the style of writing sounded familiar. The author has also written Ironsides with a genderswapped Tony, which I enjoyed very much. I pretty much troll AO3 and not the fic comms, so I didn't catch the story that Matt recced. Also, the author uses a different name on AO3, so the DW name didn't ring a bell.
That author rarely disappoints.
It was such a relief to read characterizations that gibe with what I saw in the movie, and not the recurring tropes that have been setting my teeth on edge in most of what I've happened upon lately. I definitely know who I'll be checking back with for my Avengers fanfic needs. I think I ran across my favorite of his stories first, but all of them are pretty good.
Do we know any vidders? When are the fandom auctions that we can bid on vidders? Because thanks to a conversation elsewhere, I now want a Tony Stark and Loki compare/contrast vid set to "Big Shot" by Billy Joel. This is not a thing I ever thought I'd want.

Also, hey, I've been wanting a Lord King Bad Vid to Behind Blue Eyes for Jackson on Teen Wolf, so clearly, we just need to make someone we know do our bidding. Have I mentioned the frustragion at having a film major spouse and not having vids on demand?
Unfortunately, charity fund raising seems to be the simplest way to get a vid commissioned. Because lord knows I want someone good to set Sail by AWOLNATION to a D/C or Misfits vid, but I don't want there to be a disaster for me to get it.
