Thank you Vonnie. These are lovely. For some reason I was very moved by The Honeymooners inclusion in the second vid.

Fan Fiction II: Great story! Where's the sequel?
This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.
Oh, those were great! I love that the second one ended with Tony Stark in the donut; I'm such an Avengers fangirl. And that George Takei's bare, sweaty chest got some time. I think that shot in Star Trek so many years ago was what made me decide I didn't like men with hairy chests.
I thought there was far too much Burn Notice, but I can forgive a vidder their biases and personal faves. Especially when, while watching, I was wishing there'd be some Charlie Crews --and while there wasn't that, there was still Danni's high heel from Life.
Ooh, love both of those!
Um, does anybody know if or where there's a dl link for the intro vid, The Hunger Games? I find it streaming all over, but no dl link. Which...may be deliberate, after all. Just asking, in case.
Here we go, Beverly: [link]
The vidder's Greensilver, who also did the Neville vid linked upthread. (I lost count on how many new vids she had during this years Vividcon. Probably 5-6, if not more.) I don't think she has anything against people downloading her vids.
Thank you! I have a fondness for multi-fandom vids. Oh, who'm I kidding. I just love vids, especially by vidders the caliber of Greensilver.
I'm just in awe at the vidders who can be that prolific in such a short period of time, and produce consistent quality work.
MOAR VIDS from VVC I liked:
Rhoboat had a couple of fantastic Fringe vids, one serious, one adorable:
Lateralus, which is all about how Walter broke all the worlds and himself. Dense, rich, and gorgeous, with spoilers all the way to the S4 finale: [link]
That's Not My Name, an Astrid vid set to a "I can't believe no one has vidded Astrid to this yet" song (beware the usual Fringe-y grossness!): [link]
I haven't seen Avatar or Korra but those who did really seemed to love this vid: [link]
Affecting character study about Arya Stark (Game of Thrones): [link]
Beautiful triptych of epic platonic (or not) friendships with historical resonance, Nicky's The Lightning Strike: [link]
Couple of intense and pointy vids about Colonialism:
Masters of War (SGA): [link]
Shake It Out (The New World): [link]
Uh, that should keep everybody busy for a while...
I'd seen the Astrid and Arya vids and Masters of War. I'll check the others out--thanks!
ita and Consuela, your DVDs are now in the mail.
