IOON, I find it hard to reply appropriately to people who tell me, in all earnestness, "Keep writing!", as if I were a fourteen-year-old just starting to write. It's simultaneously endearing and condescending.
Oh, lord, yes. And I have a devoted reader who adds "Will we be seeing the next chapter soon?" to every comment. I'm glad she's eager, but dammit, you're not paying me to write.
Jilli, I hadn't sent that to you? I swear I had! If not, mea culpa.
YOU HADN'T.
I'm almost done with the second installment, and I am in love. Also:
John thinks about it. "As long as you remember the first rule."
"Don't get caught?"
"Don't get caught."
I always knew my father took his child-rearing advice from the Addams.
Wow. That must have been when I was on Apathy Med, because I thought of you the whole time I read them.
Okay, that is probably the best Sherlock fic I've ever read.
ita !, unless you've moved in the last year, I have your address for VVC DVDs. amych, I shall need yours. Profile address is good.
I should give that fic a try. The person who recced it on crack_van said it was an Adams family/Sherlock crossover, so I was imagining John Adams the president with Sherlock and it seemed very odd.
That Sherlock was delightful!
