If I only had a brain...

Jennifer-Oksana's "Quadrille" is excellent angst. [link]

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

BSO has some, definitely. Also, I will mention to the universe again that Veronica Mars/SG-1 crossover fic must be written. Veronica and Jack are made for each other, in a completely gen and extremely sarcastic way.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Hey, there's a 17-year-old Jack running around somewhere out there.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Bless you, Betsy. Once I've mainlined a bit more canon I know I'm going to be wanting the good stuff. You da man!

...meanwhile, I'm thinking that there should be fanfic out there that reflects the narrative style of the show - it's got a more distinctive style than other shows I can think of, with the random bits of Veronica narration.

eta There's a 17-year old Jack running around out there?

'kay. SG1 - the crazy keeps on coming.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Yeah, he was part of the "Shit, we have to find ways of reducing Richard's screen time" in Season 7.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

It's actually a pretty fun episode, even if I really didn't buy the resolution, and it's got Luke from Joan of Arcadia in it.

Yeah, you get over the boggling eventually.

Either that, or your brain explodes.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It was a fun episode. Little Jack was amazing.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

He badly needs to make more movies, as I could easily become a big fan. There's just not much to Netflix at this point.
