Yeah, I'm bad with HP canon, myself. I think I'm sticking (or, rather, my brain's sticking) on "ambition" in her paragraph, because I think she's twisting the definition to fit her hypothesis.

Femmeslash: Scully could be her own category...just about every strong, smart woman on nineties TV has been paired with her. I've done it too...I wrote flashback Scully/Megan Reeves(from Numbers) And I can believe Tara was once Sophie's girlfriend, even though I like Nate/Sophie.
