It's called a blaster, Will, a word that tends to discourage experimentation. Now, if it were called the Orgasmater, I'd be the first to try your basic button press approach.

Fan Fiction II: Great story! Where's the sequel?

This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.

Eeee! I know it's ridiculous, but I can't help squeeing when Shalott gives me feedback.

Eeeeee!

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Well you might have more reasons to squee--well, at least smile. Ordinary fb is no equal to Shalott's--if you'd link. Or did I miss it?

It was just a quick note on the last update for Carpetbaggers, just that she'd been reading it compulsively for the last few days via a rec on her flist. (Now I want to find the rec, but maybe it was flocked, it didn't come up on a google search.)

But I am ridiculously chuffed.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have just signed up for two big bangs.

Check with me in a month or two, when I've properly realised the degree of my insanity.

For art? Which two?

Yep. SPN_J2 and Gabriel.

I am fucking INSANE. I need to just hold out until D/C BB. But, instead, I'll see if I can find a prompt I like and run with an earlier bang. Most of either bang isn't going to have fic that interests me, but if I can get my hands on the right gen story or the right pairing, it could be fun.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Gabriel?!

I forsake you.

I'm planning to write John-centric gen for SPN_J2. Of course, I planned to do that last year, and didn't get it done, so...

shrugs

Gabriel?!

I really like drawing him. Much more than I like reading him. There's the rub. We'll see. Most of the pairings don't interest me at all, but if I can grab something that looks like my (unpopular) Gabriel, I'll go for it.

I wish, like, CM had a big bang. I'd love to draw for that. And I'd NEVER go anywhere near Inception or Sherlock. Fuck, they have good artists.
