I've known enough gay guys that have a sexual history with women that it completely doesn't ping me. And I've known bisexual guys. It's really not an issue for me to imagine someone going from sleeping with women onscreen with sleeping with men offscreen if it's written well.

Yeah. Same. I mean, I know straight guys who've had sex with men. Sure, they prefer women, wouldn't date a guy, but go down on one? What the hell, why not?

And Then There Were Bras. Kirk/Sulu, Spock/McCoy, genderswap. This cartoon (by a couple of very good friends of mine) is absolutely hilarious. Go read and give them love. Ka-Dude!

Another awesome fic by a friend: The Czernak Protocol by lindmere. Summary: Jim undergoes medically induced amnesia after a disastrous mission. I'd call it suspenseful genfic with an underlying Kirk/McCoy relationship. PG-13 for violence and dark themes.

When the Badger Grows Horns is a fascinating SPN AU that was written for the Racebending Revenge challenge over on Dreamwidth (and posted late due to RL issues for the author).

It's good stuff, with the most profound changes being relational vs. Big!Canon!Events! Also, I adore the John in this, who is very recognizeable despite having a very different background than in canon.
