It's watercolor pencil and watercolor. I altered saturation and brightness a bit in Photoshop, but the original looks pretty similar to the posted scan.

You talented lad! I am all inspired! I'd been getting back into drawing & painting when I was in Egypt, but I've been pretty lax since I've been in Thailand. Must rectify.

There are a number of them, Sophia-- right now there's an SPN_J2 finishing up, and I think there's a bandom one in progress. In the SPN one, someone is assigned to do artwork or vids to go along with the long stories, but I don't know if that is common or not.
