So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

It's a creepy little punch there, isn't it?

Kellifer's really good at that sort of thing. I wouldn't mind being able to do that, myself.

She reminds me of Otter, but Kellifer's twists are somehow less awful.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

She reminds me of Otter, but Kellifer's twists are somehow less awful.

::shaking head and backing away, lip trembling:: Not reading Otter. Not.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It's a creepy little punch there, isn't it?
One day I will remember to put Kevlar around my heart before reading her stories. Today was not that day. It hurts, but it's really amazing too.

Because books.

I gasped out loud when I read it. I just ... had no idea where she was going. And then I stared brokenly at the computer screen for a long time.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Wow, that one raised goosebumps in places I didn't think could get them. Eeee, still giving me little chills when I think about it.
