Crappity. I have no title for my story. I'm sitting here with the upload page open and all filled out except for the title.
I mean, really, who came up with the idea of giving things titles anyway? Why can't we just say, "that story with the guy who does the thing?"
E-mail me the story. I'm sometimes good at titles. Profile addy works.
I picked something. It works. More importantly, it's done.

Unfortunately, canon has pretty clear titling conventions, which I felt obligated to honor.
The title I went with is rather meh, but the summary is either awesomely lame or stupidly genius.
I totally crapped out on summary.
My summary and title were okay, I think. I didn't include any notes, for I am LAME. Because only after I uploaded did I realize I should have used the notes section to thank my awesome beta readers.
Just remember, "Stuff Happens" nearly always works for a story title. Unless it doesn't.
