Let him do his thing, and then you get him out. No messing with him for laughs.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Oops. That's not the one. Mary lives in that one, but I know there's one where John doesn't and she does. I'm a-lookin'.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I say you go clean your brain with that Dean/Impala.
You realize that isn't quite specific enough anymore, yes?

But I could go read Illyria/Swingline as that is always mental sorbet just thinking about it.

I'm still trying to sort out all the aliases, because of course the names here don't necessarily match up to the livejournal names, and I've noticed that sometimes the names listed on the newsletter are different from the name once the story opens. It's all very confusing.
I honestly made a document called "Who's Who in Whoville" for this reason.

I've found myself reading the Wincest posted on the newsletter, and surprisingly I've found myself enjoying more of it than I thought I would. Some of the writers are good, and manage to incorporate situations where I can believe the actions and emotions involved. Mostly I look at the stories sideways, as kind of alternate universes from the show itself
Yep. And a lot of the writers who've gone Wincest really nail something about the characters apart from the sex that works for me. It's AU for me, but some of it is really good and I want to read Really Good. I can't explain it.

Okay, there I was laughing along with Amy the bartender, being amused at Dean's general discomfort at the strip club in general and Sam's lack of discomfort in particular, when suddenly I'm bracing myself for possible whompage and angst to come.
This. Exactly.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I do *try* to keep things easy to figure, but I am a different name here than there. It's just that here predates that aspect of fandom for me, so this variation on an actual name is grandfathered in.

Minim Calibre everywhere else, though.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

So how does "Plei" figure in? I think I remember that from Table Talk, right?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Err. Winsister, I think. I'm not sure. I'll check. I might use that specifically for Femmenerd's stuff, though.

I don't see a Winsister tag.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Has anyone recced shallot's "Under Hill" yet? It's Wincest, but under somewhat unusual circumstances. And Dean cracked me up throughout.

I meant to add that to my delicious collection, but I don't think I have, yet. (That's her amnesia fic, right?)

That's her amnesia fic, yep.

It's also the proof for me that, nope, no matter how often I try, Wincest just doesn't work for me.

Short form of my actual first name! I don't ever use it as a log in, but people started calling me by it after the first F2F, as that's what I go by in person.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

It's also the proof for me that, nope, no matter how often I try, Wincest just doesn't work for me.

Though I admire you for trying!

I'm SA here, sathinks on livejournal, sathinks everywhere else. SA is my name, off the board, but the buffistas was the first place I ever used it. My youthful screen name is somewhat more embarassing to me, mostly because it was boring. Not that sathinks is much more exciting and interesting? But I've used it for, oh, five or six years now and am still happy with it.

I like it. It's ... thinky. With curls.

Mine is game-ish. With a 404 added some places because ... I have no idea. But the 404 is from the File Not Found error. My RL name is just very, very common. And I answer quite happily to Cass now pretty much anywhere and everywhere.
