Also, you can tell it's not gonna have a happy ending when the main guy's all bumpy.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Oh, man. I was looking around sweet charity site and accidentally clicked on a bid button without meaning to.

The good news? The vidder I just bid on = Charmax, who is brilliant.

The bad news? The amount I bid for was something like $145.00, which... well, I was just gonna look around, not spend that much. I mean, I can swing it, but still. Yikes.

But, hey, it's Charmax, right? And since it's only 3 hours until closing of the bidding, there is a high chance that I might win her. So I'm gonna curb the initial impulse to go "oh no!" and sit back and relax and see what happens. If no one counterbids me, I'll take it as Meant To Be. Hah.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Vonnie! How do you accidentally click on a bid button? (Although I would be surprised if there wasn't a last-minute run.)

(And I'm not-so-secretly thrilled that the Buffista charity hos are representing so well. SA! Mely! Me!)

Honestly, I don't even know what happened. I was going to look at her profile and... err, my finger slipped? (This is like Sam saying "I accidentally slept with a call girl" and Toby yelling, "accidentally? Did you trip over something??") It's possible that there was some type of subconscious impulse playing a role.

I'm already plotting about asking her to make my imaginary Children Of Men vid, since the movie comes out on DVD in 3 days and all. *cautious woo!*

I honestly don't know if I'm gonna up the bid if someone counterbids me. We shall see.

OK, I've been over-bid! I think I'm gonna let this one go. I'm half disappointed and half relieved.

Edit: Whoops! Wrong thread. Moved to Buffista Fic II.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Does anyone know of any Supernatural/FNL crossovers out there? There's a lovely piece of intersection between the two series, and I was wondering if anyone had made anything of it yet.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Not that I'm aware of, Anne. I know someone on LJ is planning one, but it's basically an excuse to get Dean and Tim to sleep together, so I don't know if that's what you're looking for... *grin*

Heh. No, I'm thinking more of the fact that Sam would flip like a mammal if he ran into Tyra Collette. Although the set up you mention is deliciously intriguing. And hot.

I've seen that mentioned in various posts, as well. As part of the sort of vague "...if I *were* going to write a crossover..." conversations.

Yeah, I would be seriously surprised if no one else had thought of it. I was just wondering if anyone had acted on it. (That reminds me - did I ever pimp my FNL/Angel crossover in here? In case I didn't: here. If I did, please to ignore.)
