For batshit insanity, literally incredible fandom events, 'shipper wars, embarrassing the fandom with its VIPs and actual bilking of money, I think the VB thing really can't be topped, unless the exact same events play out that way again, and end in mpreg.

In my defense, at the time she'd only made a brazillion bad Lord of the Rings vids about hobbits with terrible bootleg source, wandered about the convention in her pjs, and rambled nonsensically with a bad Scottish accent.

If she'd grown a magical penis while I was standing next to her in the hallway, I would have hopped on Bill the Pony and done a Paul Revere around the convention. "The Batshit Crazies are coming! The Batshit Crazies are coming! Don't give them any money! If you do, we'll never get rid of them!"
