You know, my big sister could really beat the crap out of her. I mean, really really.

...aaaand now I want fic. Damn it. Will not go trawling for McShep at school. That would be bad.

Why go trawling when we can happily provide? Here's a hilarious McShep story that's pretty work safe if I remember correctly: Neither an Ocelot nor a Raccoon Be

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

decent movie careers (the infamous Cruise-marrying notwithstanding)

I don't know. I've seen Katie Holmes in two grownup movies now, and she still hasn't convinced me she's not a waste of skin. Only about 1/3 of that could be attributed to the general Hollywood habit of casting women too young for the men they are foils for, and the rest is all Holmes looking like a helpless twidget.

That said, I'll gladly sit through a Katie Holmes movie if it means never seeing James Van Der Giant Head on a movie screen.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Katie was good in The Ice Storm. And I thought she was serviceable in Batman Begins, though easily the weakest of the main players.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I liked her in...oh, crap, that movie with Patricia Clarkson. Come on, Vonnie, help me out.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I liked her in Pieces of April.

I don't think she is a great actress, but I think there is something that makes people drawn to her. Except Nutty and my friend Maria, who appear to agree on the subject of Katie Holmes.

Yes, that one. Pieces of April.

Coincidentally, Wikipedia's front page article is on Ms. Holmes right now.

I thought she was passable in The Gift and Dawson's Creek, although perhaps mostly by contrast in the latter.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Ngah.

Reading McShep at school...definitely naughtier than a naughty thing. Right. Back to work.

Ahem.

Thank you, Matt!
