Fan Fiction II: Great story! Where's the sequel?

This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.

I figured it's okay, but suddenly I doubted myself. I realized the other day that I've been reading fanfic for longer than thought...actually it was the ads for Season 5 of Smallville. (It's really season 5? God. Totally misleading ads, they are not giving us what we want, we want to see Lex and Clark having sex!)

Also, yesterday, I found myself explaining 15 feet of Alien Cock Tree to my mother. I can't even remember why, but I did.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Punk posted a Due South story. It has a kangaroo in it.

Season 5? Craziness. Specially since I stopped watching after Season 2. I said the same thing to vw about the previews. That's not what we want to see. Not least because it's got Lana in it anywhere.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Season Five? We're already up to Season 5????

Wow. Wow, I've been a Buffista for longer than some of the kids I've been working with have been alive.

Wow.

(Cue nostalgia about the Grand Old Days of Clex Season One.)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

As he settled into the plush leather seat and promptly fastened his seatbelt, Michael’s sepia flashbacks paid an unexpected visit.

How very convenient that his brain has a "sepia" setting.

Michael’s sepia flashbacks bring all the spygirls to the yard.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

They're gearing up for Yuletide signups, so if you want to participate this year, remember that you either need to have:

  • completed a story for one of the previous two years or
  • filled a New Year's Resolution request.

Details here.
