I was just looking at that. Bad me.
Some people scare me. You notice the chick has NO FRIENDS?
Also, 128 people list "Battlestar Gallactica" as their LJ interests. This frightens me.

Speaking of the mature theme subjects, Dana, Consuela—do either of you remember the name of that angsty sequel to someone's initial comedic "The alien pheromones make Mckay irresistible" fic?
I, um, just posted to the wank. This will come back to haunt me, I suspect.

I remember "alien virus makes McKay really agressive." The other one's not ringing a bell. Hmm. Could it have been a crack_van rec?
I don't remember anything about where I ran across them, sadly. In the first one McKay had to be locked up for his own good after Teyla and some faceless military character try to have their way with him forcefully. The pheromones thing is apparently something that happened to him as a result of a "birthday present" fed to him on some alien world. The more serious sequel goes to some really dark places with Sheppard/McKay, but it's quite well-written.
Matt, I know which story you are talking about. I can't remember the name of it,but I think the author wrote both versions of the story, I know I've seen it on someone's rec list (not crack_van), but I'd have to hunt for it when I get home.

I remember it, but not who it was by or what it was called. At least you're not making it up in your head though, right? I'm helpful.
I found it!
It was written for the slave challenge on sga_flashfic. Zoe Rayne wrote both of them:
Icing on the Cake is the original fluffy version [link]
and
Strange Attractors is the darker version [link]
Oh, yeah, I did read those.
It's kind of hard to remember individual stories in a binge sometimes, you know?

Probably not. It's not like anyone's leaping forward to defend the poor deluded child. I mean, look at her userinfo. Ann Coulter fan, bad speller, Christian, homophobe, high school student. (What's telling is that the bad spelling is as much a crime to the other people on the internet as anything else...)
I feel kind of sorry for her, in a way. She's going to come back to all those responses, and go, "waaah, the Internets were mean to me!" And she'll be right. Sure, she brought it on herself, but.
