Illyria: We cling to what is gone. Is there anything in this life but grief? Wesley: There's love. There's hope...for some. There's hope that you'll find something worthy...that your life will lead you to some joy...that after everything...you can still be surprised. Illyria: Is that enough? Is that enough to live on?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I can wear capri pants!!

Can someone explain to me why I can get an email about a special screening of The Perfect Man, but I can't get SERENITY!??!

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Okay, all the cute animal linking is killing my "no pets allowed in the apartment" self. Need to save up house-buying money faster.

I think we should all go get hats.

I already have a hat, though I can't imagine wearing it in 80 degree weather. Ugh.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Because cowgirls need cowboys more than they need space ships?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can wear capri pants!!

There are lots of things we can do, fewer that we should.

FTR.

Hm. I 'm pretty sure I know where to find Chris Noth, and I don't actually think it's at the 34th Street movie theater.

There are lots of things we can do, fewer that we should.

Why do you resist? Why?

I prefer my maxims pithy, not my pants.

Capri pants may not be for everyone, I admit. But I look KICKY! in them.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Painfully first-world problem:

Our TiVo is being all severely freak-ass, the troubleshooting guide on the TiVo website doesn't seem to cover the precise freakness of our TiVo's ass, and there are no live humans at the TiVo call center until tomorrow morning. Is there any Buffista around willing to take a stab at what's wrong? Or any localistas who are also having problems? Or is it just us?

It's just us. I knew it.
