Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

She can't show it while you're there?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

apparantly not.

Our wings are not tired.

Cool news. Last December I was ripped off for $96 on eBay for a pair of shoes I was buying as a present for #1 son. I have continued to write to the dude every month or so moaning about my loss. He just refunded my money today! I thought I would never actually get a refund. Yay for doing the right thing.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I need to print a report for a client that's not due until next Wednesday, but I'm going to be out of the office Mon & Tues. I emailed the project lead yesterday about a discrepancy in the title. Still waiting to hear back. I need to leave in 2.5 hours. Don't think it's gonna get printed.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hear you, Nora. That is so not your problem.

The paddle doesn't move if the mouse arrow is below it on the screen. I think. I am way erratic in my mousing.

Yay refund! The power of moaning!

Punishingly Intricate

I encourage everyone to have fastfood for lunch. Fast Food Friday!

I had Popeye's for lunch and it was awesome. AWESOME!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I would love Popeye's. Unfortunately I don't think they'll let me stretch my lunch far enough to go to LA, which may be the closest one.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Hurricane Tammy just sounds wrong. Which is not to say I won't be avoiding shoddily constructed malls while she's around.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Unfortunately I don't think they'll let me stretch my lunch far enough to go to LA, which may be the closest one.
