Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Jon and FAQ are the cutest newlyweds ever. With them and Nora and TW, I think there's something in the Somerville water which leads to a very adorable kind of love.

I'm going with a friend to see "Prairie Home Companion" at the Hollywood Bowl tonight. I've always wanted to see the show live, and I've never been to the Bowl, so it should be a fantabulous evening!

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Congratulations, Jon & FAQ girl!

The pictures are lovely. Best wishes!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am starting to reconsider my father's regular offer to move back home to Somerville....

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Won't you be my neighbor?

My god, I htought Hubby and I were the only ones who considered public/famous buildings in terms of defensibility!

We're fond of buildings with minimal entrances that lead into big atriums--glorious kill zones.

My only fear is that living in my parents' den would be a slight deterrent to snapping up one of the apparently abundant marriable men in the neighborhood.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It would add to your motivation, though.

It's important to know where to go when the Zombie hoards come.

It's important to know where to go when the Zombie hoards come.

The Fine ARts building on the campus of Brigham Young University has a wonderful atrium, but if the zombies manage to get in there are too many theatres with backstage rabbit warrens for them to hide in. It'd be Horror Movie Hide and Seek for days.

After about a week, I'd be begging the guy bagging my groceries to move in with him.
