You're nice, and you're funny and you don't smoke, and okay, werewolf, but that's not all the time. I mean, three days out of the month, I'm not much fun to be around, either.

How much paying job?

I honestly don't know right now. It's all going to depend on what the final job ends up being. Which will depend on who wins The War of Accounting Practices.

I'm currently in the thick of The Battle of Accounts Payable.

It's been a lengthy, bloody campaign thus far but I feel my side is winning.

Up with the sun

Congratulations, Jon and FAQ Girl! I love the tone of your announcement, and I wish you much happiness together.

(Her flowers are gorgeous, BTW.)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Thanks everyone!

Was it planned or a spur-of-the-moment "Why should we wait?" thing?

Kinda both. We decided a few weeks ago (before the NO F2F -- we were being all secrety). The ceremony was at Somerville City Hall, with just a photographer and another friend (who took the photos I just uploaded).

There's a longer story to be told, involving the rings, as well as a pendant I gave her, but I haven't written it up yet. The jeweler wants to put the story on her website, so I'll get to it shortly.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Congrats to the new Mr and Mrs FAQ B!

Actually, I won the Battle of Accounting Software and we are in the process of switching to Quickbooks.

Of course, I lost the Battle of Getting Paid in a Timely Fashion. But I'm considering it collateral damage.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

OMG! Jon! Congratulations!

Wow.

Wonderful pictures. Making me all sniffly, like weddings tend to.

Wow.

I hate that battle. I used to have it monthly at Warner Bros.

What -t said.

I absolutely love that the photographer's picture shows up first, and the flowers, and the scarf, and that you two are so adorable together.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Congrats Jon and FAQ Girl!
