If I only had a brain...

Hi, Perkins! Let us rejoice in our stone-fruitedness.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I bet we got them in the same place, too! Yay us!

eta: Betsy, I would definitely second 'Dre's rec of the Watercourse Way spa. It's pretty amazing, and very relaxing.

I was just about to ask Buffistas what nice thing I could do for myself to cheer myself up; I'm feeling pretty down about the burglary today.

I would definitely call them. [link]

The massage was wonderful too, but the tubs you can share with your husband.

eta: would going out for a nice Afghan meal cheer you up?

So who among the BayAreaistas is good at putting Ikea furniture together? I'll trade you for pizza and beer?

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I'm pretty good at furniture-in-a-box assemblage, but I'm all booked up for today. Next Sunday, or either day the weekend after that, I could do it.

Oh, cool. I could do next Sunday. (The week after that I am going to be out of town.) Pizza for 4?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Now tagless for your comfort.

Jessica, thanks for reminding me that I need to renew my subscription to Parents. But maybe I should switch to Child. No unfortunate covers there.

I actually sort of cooked dinner! Okay, it was just throwing asparagus in the microwave and then adding marinade and marinating chicken and then throwing it in the George Foreman grill, but still, kind of like cooking, and a lot more stuff had to be unpacked first.

Later, there will be berries and Ciao Bella chocolate hazelnut gelato.
