Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That's exactly the double dose I meant, Kat.

And lo! I've worked out a way to make the steel cut oats without boiling over. I need to bring it to a less vigourous boil, so it's thinner, but still.

Timelies!

The cheap flight I found for New York yesterday has disappeared today. And I had to do something crazy like check with my boss about taking time off before I booked the tickets. (Pout)

It's a good double dose, ita. Okay, I'm gonna take my decongestant, fill a water bottle and head out to school and then to fieldtrip land.

Gulp.

Google says it's National Teacher Day!

Happy National Teacher Day to Kat, Kristin, Erin, Fay, Hil, Nilly, sometimes NoiseDesign, and all the other teachers I will inevitably feel stupid for forgetting and silly for trying to list out all the Buffista teachers in the first place!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy Teacher Day, teachers!!

Spoil me. I haven't watched it yet and was dreading the interview. But it's okay?

So I went to bed before I saw this, but it was great. Miller was low-key, and Jon kept kind of pushing him a little, like "but don't you think people have always thought 'the good old days' were better, but really they weren't." At the end, he said something along the lines of, "I respect you as a gentleman, but basically we disagree on, well, everything. But thanks for coming!" Obviously it was better on tv.

In that case, you should change your plans and come to New Orleans instead. IJS.

I'm very psyched! I've never been to NY before.
