I think I've had a sign of the Apocalypse. I called the phone company about my Buzzing line, and after the first phone tree, I was instantly put through to a person. I WAS NOT PUT ON HOLD. Then, as the phone company person is trying to figure out when a technician can come, she decides to do better than saying Tuesday between 1 & 4, and says that they'll take my work number and call me if they need to get into my apartment, about 15 minutes before they arrive. Then she told me to "Have a great weekend."
I sort of sat there stunned for a little while after that call. I don't know what to think.
Meanwhile, I'm connected at 12 Kbps. B.org is the only site I dare to go.

msbelle: clothing update - 3 things deemed too small. I thought about being sad, but honestly 2 of them were always too small and the third is something I got 7 years ago at Target. I think 7 years was more wear than I probably deserved out of it.
