Perkins, you should go home.

One of my bosses said this morning, "We should close at 3 today." So at 3, I stood up, turned off my PC and walked out. Everyone else was still there.

But, you know, I didn't get PAID today so it's not like I give a fuck.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Good for you, Kristen.

I did get paid today though, so I guess maybe I'll stay a whole other 45 minutes.

Not going to do any work though.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I got sent home at 3. Stayed an extra half hour to finish up, and gone like whoa.

So this evening promises an appointment to get my brows done (I don't know why -- usually I have a reason), and dinner out.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I have a housewarming to go to tomorrow. What should I take?

I need to get my brows done.

On Saturday I am going to have someone chop my hair and color it. Sunday I'm going to go soak in hot tubs for an hour and then have a massage. Maybe Monday should be the brows.

eta: Tamarind balls, Aurelia.

Duh.

Tamarind balls

Heh. I wonder how that would go over.

Every time I've been to that market they've had a different brand of tamarind balls.

I'm still residually traumatized that I didn't have tamarind balls when Perkins was here.

Next Sunday is my massage. Sports massage with liniment. That'll be the morning of my next instructor belt test. Day #4, that is.

Try not to suck so much next time then, sweetie.
