It's called a blaster, Will, a word that tends to discourage experimentation. Now, if it were called the Orgasmater, I'd be the first to try your basic button press approach.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My understanding is that Toronto accounts for 1/2 to 2/3 of that total, John.

I can't even.

I guess that's about right, but from the amount of windie folk I know, it feels like too small a number.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I should perhaps consider sleep tonight.

I am so with you on this one. Well, not exactly with you, but you get the picture. Damn those good books that keep me up at night three nights in a row.

ION, I read a really good book. I highly recommend it: The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I got German, zEnglish, French, Scots, Irish and some unidentified Native American, probably Sac or Fox.

"zEnglish"? That's the French side showing itself, right?

I declare this moment to be the, "Everyone still at work gets to go home right now" moment.

That Allyson, she's got a good head on her shoulders.

When do you get it?

My god, I'm being the annoying person who expects people to talk to her at 4:30 on a Friday. I must be feverish.

It's obviously not a krav day.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Holy fuck. Did I skim over someone posting this latest account of interrogation/torture in today's NYT? I don't know why this is hitting me harder than any of the other cruelty and misery, but it is making my stomach clench and quease and my face all hot with shame and rage. What the fuck are we doing there? How can the administration defend this or handwave it away, and how can anyone believe the handwaving?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I left work early and grabbed up the fellow and went to Macy's, where I got two blazers--one a grey green washed cord and one a black linen. Both were reduced from $79 to $26 and are gor-juss. Yeah, baby! We're getting ready to go to the NYC area to visit family (BF hasn't seen his brother in 5 years!) and go to a wedding and I REALLY needed less Cali casual clothes. He got a couple of shirts and is also styling.

We needed this, as we found out yesterday the show he works on is not having a third season and he now is officially unemployed (except for his freelance writing gigs), so doing something fun and relatively cheap was called for today.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

JZ, I saw that on LJ, and wanted to weep or throw things.

When do you get it?

Usually, Fridays at 8. Not tonight, though.
