Kat's kinda cool. Now, if I can only find paper in Gloxinia and Ruby Wine (which would of course require silver ink, and is perhaps then too much).
I just had two developer conversations. One involved assuring the developer that he was going be part of the requirements determination, not just the vessel into which we poured them. I had to make hugging and inclusive hand gestures.
The second ended with Vanna hand gestures ... "Right? Fast? Safe? Me! Okay!"
I should go home.
Seriously. This is a big, important change.
I'm not sure if this was in response to me, but I couldn't agree more. (i'm posting interspersed with studying, so my mind may not be all here. Or all there, which is bad.) My only point was that part of the confusion on what is happening may be resulting from the fact that what they are doing (or proposing to do) seems to be changing as well.
not surprisingly, I was coming in to post that I have a die cut machine. But Jesse beat me toit
Ooooooh. Would a die cut machine be capable of a bat? If so, where do I get my paws on a die cut machine? Pink notecards with a bat cut out of them are something I need. NEED, I tell you!

Silver ink is too much? Oh dear.
Silver ink is too much?
When I'm neither goth nor girly? Yes, quite. Okay, I have silver pens (I'm not dead, after all), but it's
way
too much for me to be writing entire notes in it. Labels and addressing only.

Bah. Silver like shiny metal sharp things! It doesn't *always* mean goth or girly (or girlygoth).

Yeah, but the most lethal injury is still a paper cut, and that happens no matter what colour the ink.
Well, I've been looking for a nice Olive shirt, so I'm glad about that. And if these replace all those yellowy greens in stores lately, I'll be happy.
I do like that Moroccan blue. I was at a wedding recently with a bride whose dress was trimmed in a similar dark blue and it looked lovely.
Jilli, They do have bat dies. This one would be a bit large, because it's ~4 x 2. But, This one is great because it doesn't stamp the bat out, it merely raises it as an embossment (so you could write over it, and also, smaller - 2 x 2 1/2 ish). Those would both be easy to buy and to use on my die cut.
You could also get a paddle punch which are ones you can use at home with either a rubber mallet or a hammer. No need for a die cut machine at all and very do it yourself.
Again, if you want notecards from the top two, I can order either die and do it for you. If you go the paddle punch route, you can do your own.
OK, if any couple is ever embarassed about how they met, the couple on In A Fix right now met when he picked her up at the airport because their mutual friends were too drunk to do it. And they are married and own a house now!!!
