It's because you didn't have a strong father figure isn't it?

Always Anti-fascist!

Nutty, I think I might have a motto, now. Shrift, I know! KS in a tuxedo being devoted might make me want to run for President.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Film him and show him every Christmas, and you've got my two-term vote, baby.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hey...maybe this time when he wonders what kind of society this is, he might get an answer.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

The 2-minute preview of the 10-minute Batman Begins clip led my co-worker to say, "So, it's Episode 1 all over again?"

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

"Ginormous" tops list of Top Ten Worlds Not in the Dictionary

I purposefully peppered my LiTG entries with words on the lexical bubble like "ginormous" because I knew erinaceous could use the cites.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Bwuh?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bwuh?

I bet it's the training sequences.

Yup. And with the Liam Neeson.

What is even happening?

I'm so disappointed to learn about Joan of Arcadia. They went from 10 million viewers the first season to 8 million in the second. From what I read this morning, pre-announcement, on any other network, their chances probably would have been solid. ABC's report in the wake of the CBS upfronts says Moonves reportedly said he wants it all.

I'm not angry, the way I was when Wonderfalls was canceled. And really? Firefly disabused me of the notion that quality would out. I'm too old and jaded to expect a rescue from another network. But darn, I am disappointed. The second season was not quite as well done as the first, but I never once felt like I'd wasted an hour. I can't say that for many shows, not even Angel.

I will satisfy myself by thinking that Amber Tamblyn is going to have a much better movie career than JLH could ever hope for.
God willing. :)

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Kelsey Grammer in X3? Ugh. and the possibility of no Hugh Jackman is sad making.
