Well, other bands know more than three chords. Your professional bands can play up to six, sometimes seven, completely different chords.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Am unreasonably wide awake. Possibly I had too much diet coke and not enough booze earlier.

This. Is. Me.

Damned iced tea.

But instead of my stay in bed and toss and turn, I got up to write an essay and now I'm tired. So yeah!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I hope you all got to bed and lots of refreshing sleep. Me, the cats woke up a little too early and then I remembered I should be in early (8 AM) this morning. Which means showerage toot sweet.

Also it's 50 degrees out, which is too cold. Last night I was talking to Jane and complained that April came in like a grumpy lion and is leaving like a smaller, grubbier lion. Weren't there supposed to be April flowers somewhere in there? Or something....

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

It's still making you go bye-bye when you come over to the new Natter. Plus, when I go to the Buffista homepage, there's no thread named Natter 35. The only way to get here from there (Natter 34) is from Natter 34. Stop that, you're confusing me!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Our wings are not tired.

Timelies!

I stole my new tag from Gus without asking. I'm just that kind of girl.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

You're very bad, Laura. Tag thief. Shameless. Timelies!
