I wonder if there is an female feline equivalent of a neutered male cat who humps things.

Actually, if there is, I think I don't want to know.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Is it? How can we know?

Quantifyably -- we get more of them, they involve more of the body, and they tend to last longer.

Qualitatively -- well, that's pretty objective other than the "laying there like all but your brain-stem is awol" factor.

re: class--education is a big component, isn't it. Which explains why all my cousins and relatives back in Pennsylvania accused my parents of teaching us to "think above ourselves" when they insisted on sending us all to full four-year college.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

you put the rules you thin govern the situation into a system, and you mostly have no idea what the results will be

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Try this simulations with more than 30 cars, IIRC, and pretty soon you'll see jams appearing. We never put them in, but they were created anyway. They are also created IRL.

I've heard of this, and found it very interesting. Sometimes there will be traffic jams for no reason, when the highway is handling significantly less that its theoretical maximum traffic.

Although often it is slow people in the fast lane who are to blame....

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Is it? How can we know?

The ancients asked Tieresias, and he confirmed that woman-sex was better using the finger in the ear analogy.

Sometimes there will be traffic jams for no reason, when the highway is handling significantly less that its theoretical maximum traffic.

A study found a bizarre echo effect from previous accidents in the spots where jams were appearing for no apparent reason.

If I only had a brain...

the finger in the ear analogy.

Sex is better than sticking a finger in your ear? I know this analogy not.

It feels better to the ear than the finger?
