Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Perkins isn't going to NZ.

I am so!

Some day.

I did my laundry! I need to fold it and put it away, but at least today wasn't a total slack day.

My daughter got upset at me because I started cutting up an eight foot strip of wood (left over from ripping a 2x6 that didn't quite fit) she liked. To appease her, I said I would make some toy swords out of the left overs.

Think she'll like them: [link]

So, this is late due to a relapse of the cold from hell, but...

Beautiful creatures! I am, however, very wary of any sort of deliberate cat breeding, mainly because there are already so many shelter kitties (I tried volunteering at the shelter.

I totally agree, and wouldn't get one for that reason (as well as $$$), but that doesn't keep me from wanting one. My cousin's been trying to get me to get a purebred dog for years so that she can use him for breeding (since her place is pretty full). Even though she has offered to pay for him, I have withstood because of the purebred issue. I don't blame her for breeding cutiepies, and I sure enjoy them when I visit, but I just don't want to be a part of it.

Happy belated-paper anniversary JZ & Hec!
