go you, sarameg! Sorry for the headache but happy for you otherwise.
So I am now definitely (barring health stuff) taking a group of kids to England in January. WE need to start fundraising and I'm a little scared, but it should be fun, right?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Congrats to Jim and Penny and Seth!
I hope your headache goes away soon, Sara.
Yay for England, and good fundraising luck, Kat. What are you going to sell?
I just took a very long aided-by-allergy-meds-and-advil nap, and now I am groggy and need to do laundry,
What are you going to sell?
Dunno. I have a set of ideas that include:
1. Movie nights, including that movie with Amanda Bynes, cause funny, yo.
2. Letter campaign to relatives of students.
3. Maybe a book sale?
4. candy, which I'm not stoked about
5. A pizza night?
6. A dinner?
7. and a raffle
I don't know. Any other ideas?
Those all sound good. No more ideas. Maybe once my brain wakes up I'll have some.
A car wash?
Car wash?
A car wash is a good idea.
I think you should have a dinner, and the kids can write sonnets to put with placesettings.
Oh! And the fun centerpieces and such! Wheeeee!!!!
And! I went to the Scholastic warehouse with Kat and got 17 kids' books for $46, including one Kat found called The Matzo Ball Boy. It's sort of like the Gingerbread Man, except, you know, a fresh little boy made of matzo balls.
After NZ though.
You're going to New Zealand, Perkins? Neat.
And Kat's going to England. Also neat. I have no fundraising ideas at the moment.
I haven't left the country in a long time. I need to work on that.
